个人简介

闵玲,华中农业大学教授、博导,湖北省杰青,新疆“天池英才”和“天山创新团队”特聘专家。长期从事棉花响应高温胁迫生物学机制解析和耐高温棉花种质创新工作。主持生物育种、重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金、湖北省杰青、湖北省洪山实验室重大项目、新疆揭榜挂帅等课题或子课题18项,其中国家级9项。以第一/通讯作者在Adv SciPlant CellNew PhytolPBJPlant CommunPlant PhysiolPlant J等期刊发表研究论文30余篇,以第一完成人获国家发明专利授权13件,软件著作权3项。立项湖北省地方标准1项,制定新疆自治区地方标准1项,获植物新品种权1项,获新疆维吾尔自治区自然科学奖一等奖(序3)、教育部自然科学一等奖(序3)、大北农科技奖一等奖(序9)、神农中华农业科技奖优秀创新团队(序11)。

学术贡献

  1. 创建了高温下棉花花药育性高通量精准鉴定技术。开发了基于深度学习的高通量花粉活性和花药开裂图片识别检测方法及花粉活性精准定量技术,日均精准鉴定种质500份以上,解决了传统技术耗时长、误差大的问题。

  2. 解析了棉花花药响应高温的调控机制。构建了高温敏感时期棉花花药组织响应高温的多组学图谱,明确了激素、糖脂、活性氧的动态平衡调控高温下雄性育性的机制,为耐高温棉花种质创新提供了新的选择靶点。

  3. 定到14个调控花粉活性、花药开裂、蕾铃脱落的关联位点,解析了13个参与高温下棉花花药发育的基因及其响应高温的调控机制,发现花药响应高温胁迫的关键分子调控模块,为棉花耐高温设计育种提供了基因资源。

  4. 建立了棉花耐高温分子育种技术。开发了耐高温标记,建立了耐高温种质筛选标记组合,辅助选育出适宜长江流域及新疆种植的耐高温新品种。
